• The Department of Information Technology was started in the year 2001 and serves to impart quality technical education that meets industry standards. It has highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty members specialized in various areas.
• The department imparts to the students comprehensive knowledge coupled with practical exposure, which is essential for software design, development and testing in the IT industry. To expose latest trends to the students, Add-on courses, MOOC, seminars, workshops, industrial visits are conducted periodically.

• On 02.09.2023, The Department of Information Technology conducted by Cyborg Droids Association activities for Paper Presentation & Quiz Competition.
• On 27.01.2024, The Department of Information Technology conducted by Cyborg Droids Association activities for Connection & dumb charades Competition.
